Nabina Group is a well-established building materials and interior solutions company in Qatar, known for delivering sanitary ware, tiles, and fixed furniture solutions such as kitchens, wardrobes, and doors. The business serves a wide range of residential, commercial, and hospitality developments, with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and client satisfaction.
This opening is for a driven Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager who can support growth across both retail and project channels. The role calls for hands-on selling experience in sanitary ware and tiles, along with the ability to present and promote kitchen, wardrobe, and door solutions to clients. The successful candidate will work closely with contractors, consultants, architects, and developers to convert opportunities into sales.
Key responsibilities
- Bring in new business through both showroom-based selling and on-site/project sales activity.
- Present and sell sanitary ware, tiles, kitchens, wardrobes, and doors.
- Respond to client queries and recommend suitable product and design solutions.
- Coordinate regularly with contractors, consultants, architects, and developers.
- Draft quotations and proposals, then follow up actively until the sale is closed.
- Visit project sites and meet clients as needed to support project execution.
- Work with design and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and coordination.
- Meet monthly as well as annual sales goals.
- Keep track of market movements, competitor offerings, and broader industry trends.
What the employer is looking for
- Proven expertise in sanitary ware and tiles sales is required.
- Experience selling kitchens, wardrobes, and doors is a strong plus.
- Ability to recommend design concepts, product pairings, and space-saving solutions.
- Background in both indoor showroom sales and outdoor field sales.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Capability to develop lasting customer relationships and close deals effectively.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sanitary ware, tiles, or building materials sales.
- Good understanding of interior design and bathroom design concepts.
- Fluency in spoken Arabic and English is mandatory.
- A valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
- Candidates must already be based in Qatar.
- NOC for transfer is preferred.
