Key Responsibilities

• Promptly contact customers or their family members immediately after they submit inquiries via our website, advertisements, or social media.
• Provide empathetic counselling to understand issues related to alcohol and drug addiction, cravings, withdrawal support, liver health, and general wellness.
• Clearly explain product features, usage guidelines, pricing, delivery processes, and available Ayurvedic wellness kits.
• Build trust by addressing customer questions and professionally closing orders.
• Handle sensitive customer and family information confidentially and with maturity and empathy.
• Follow up post-order to ensure successful delivery and minimize order cancellations or refusals.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to engage respectfully and empathetically with customers and their family members on sensitive subjects.
• Maintain complete confidentiality of customer information.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and internet usage.
• Self-disciplined and responsible work ethic.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Compensation and Incentives

Fixed monthly salaries ranging from ₹6,000 to ₹12,000 depending on experience, communication skills, performance, and proficiency. Freshers are welcome and will receive complete product and sales training at no extra cost. Additionally, a 10% commission is awarded on the total value of every successfully delivered order as per company policies. Consistent effort and quality counselling can enable earnings of approximately ₹25,000 to ₹40,000+ per month.

No cold calling or outbound hunting is required; leads are generated internally based on customer inquiries. Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
