About the Role
Claroty is a global frontrunner in protecting cyber-physical systems, focused on securing vital infrastructure worldwide. We seek a Sales Director to lead and grow our presence in the Southeast Asia market, specifically based in Singapore. This position involves managing the entire sales process, forging executive partnerships, and helping shape long-term growth strategies in collaboration with global and regional leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial sales activities across Southeast Asia by managing complex enterprise deals.
- Establish authoritative relations with CISOs, CIOs, and operational technology leaders.
- Pursue land-and-expand sales strategies in critical infrastructure and industrial verticals.
- Create and grow a qualified sales pipeline through active prospecting and strategic account management.
- Develop long-term account plans and broaden existing customer relationships within targeted sectors.
- Communicate compelling value propositions aligned with compliance, resilience, and risk mitigation goals.
- Collaborate with channel partners, MSSPs, and system integrators for co-selling and partner enablement.
- Represent Claroty at regional cybersecurity events, contributing market insights and competitive intelligence.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance sales productivity, automate routine tasks, and optimize customer engagement.
Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years’ experience in enterprise cybersecurity or technology sales, demonstrating success in closing significant, multifaceted deals.
- Expertise in cybersecurity domains including OT/ICS security, network security, Zero Trust, IoT/IIoT, or industrial technologies.
- Proven record of exceeding quotas with annual recurring revenue between $3 million and $5 million or more.
- Experience targeting industries such as Automotive, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Warehousing, Retail, and Data Centers.
- In-depth knowledge of the regional cybersecurity ecosystem, including partners and government procurement processes.
- Established network of contacts with enterprise clients and channel partners across Southeast Asia; familiarity with Thailand and Indonesia markets is advantageous.
- Strong consultative sales abilities, advanced negotiation skills, and adeptness at managing diverse stakeholders.
- Technical fluency in discussing OT networks, ICS/SCADA environments, asset visibility, and threat detection technologies.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered sales productivity and research tools.
- Self-driven with high autonomy and ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
- Executive presence with proven capability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
- Competitive and resilient nature combined with collaborative teamwork skills.
- Data-focused approach to territory planning, forecasting, and performance management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with OT environments, including SCADA and manufacturing control systems.
- Previous employment in cybersecurity startup or scale-up companies.
- Knowledge of Challenger or Force Management sales methodologies.
- Familiarity with forecasting platforms such as Clari.
