Role Summary
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) serves as the initial customer touchpoint, working in close partnership with Sales and Marketing to drive company growth. This role involves engaging with potential customers by responding to inbound leads and proactively sourcing new opportunities to generate qualified leads for Account Executives. This position provides valuable foundational exposure to sales and marketing, supporting career development in business development, sales, and marketing roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate inbound leads from marketing activities against established qualification criteria.
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting and independently identify new sales opportunities to build new business pipelines.
- Utilize phone calls, emails, and social media channels to connect with prospects, understand their challenges, and gauge interest.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives by scheduling discovery meetings with sales-ready leads.
- Employ various sales and marketing tools such as SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, Pardot, and Salesforce CRM to maximize efficiency and maintain accurate contact records.
- Deliver consistent, courteous, and informed service to prospects while fostering strong relationships.
- Work collaboratively across teams within the organization to support sales objectives.
Candidate Profile
- A desire to contribute to a rapidly expanding software company that prioritizes customer success.

- A goal-driven individual with a hunter mentality eager to achieve success.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or similar sales development roles, capable of thriving under pressure.
- A university degree or college diploma in Business, Marketing, or an equivalent field, with strong critical thinking skills to tackle complex problems.
- Adaptability in a changing work environment.
- Strong analytical thinking, relationship building, negotiation, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken, to effectively serve the Middle East region.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
- Understanding of the lead funnel process including generation, follow-up, and tracking.
- Prior exposure to prospecting tools or chatbot monitoring technologies.
Compensation and Benefits
The total compensation package, including base salary and variable components, ranges from £35,000 to £47,500 GBP annually. Actual pay may vary depending on location, qualifications, and experience.

Work Environment
