Job description
Role Overview
This position is focused on selling software products through consultative selling and live product demonstrations. The role involves engaging with prospects, understanding their business challenges, and guiding them through the sales journey from initial contact to conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Find, evaluate, and nurture sales opportunities through the pipeline.
- Reach out to prospective customers and uncover their business requirements.
- Deliver interactive online demonstrations of the product.
- Address customer concerns, manage negotiations, and secure closures.
- Oversee the full sales process from lead generation through to onboarding.
- Keep CRM data updated and organized with accurate sales information.
- Develop strong customer relationships and support long-term satisfaction.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 1 year of background in B2B sales, inside sales, or software sales.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- Hands-on experience with product demos and client management.
- Solid skills in negotiation and deal closing.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, and Salesforce.
- Self-driven attitude with a strong focus on customer success.
