Join GreyBird Pilot Academy as a Sales Consultant based in Dublin, where you will be instrumental in strengthening our presence in the Irish market by recruiting students for our commercial pilot training programs.

Role Overview

Your core responsibility will be to attract and convert prospective students interested in becoming commercial pilots. You will manage a lead pipeline, engage candidates through phone, email, and face-to-face sessions, host recruitment events, and guide applicants through the entire admissions process—from initial contact to contract signing. This role requires a consultative sales approach as becoming a pilot is a significant life choice for our students.

Key Duties

• Recruiting students for GreyBird’s commercial pilot training courses in Ireland.
• Managing and nurturing leads in the Irish market effectively.
• Reaching out to potential candidates via telephone, email, personal meetings, and recruitment events.
• Hosting informative sessions and representing GreyBird at fairs, exhibitions, and aviation-related events.
• Developing local networks and identifying new lead sources within Ireland.
• Advising prospects on admission criteria, training options, and the path to becoming commercial pilots.
• Supporting candidates through their admissions journey.
• Collaborating closely with GreyBird’s international recruitment and marketing teams.
• Ensuring organized use of CRM and prompt follow-ups on all leads.
• Contributing to a professional, high-performance recruitment culture across markets.

Candidate Profile

• Proven sales experience with a strong commercial mindset to turn interest into enrollment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Outgoing, proactive personality capable of building trust with candidates and their families.
• Structured pipeline management and diligent follow-up practices.
• Confidence in conducting meetings, presentations, and events.
• Genuine enthusiasm for aviation and education.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with the global team.
