Role Overview
As a Sales Advisor, you will be the welcoming point of contact for customers and a key part of the store experience. You will support shoppers throughout their visit by offering attentive service, helping at the cash desk, assisting in fitting rooms, and staying engaged on the shop floor.
Your day-to-day work will also include receiving deliveries, restocking merchandise, and presenting products neatly across the floor. The role is centered on creating a warm, helpful environment that reflects the brand and leaves customers feeling supported and inspired.
Key Responsibilities
You will help deliver a high standard of customer service while working closely with your team to create positive shopping moments. The position calls for proactive support, clear communication, and an energetic approach to helping customers find what they need.
Qualifications and Preferences
Prior customer service experience and familiarity with fabrics are helpful, but they are not required. A strong interest in fashion and a willingness to learn are important for success in this role.

Working Hours and Contract
This is a part-time position with a weekly schedule of 10 to 20 hours.
Compensation
The role pays $19.00 per hour.
