Job description

Role overview

This full-time position in London sits within the Controlling function and supports the EU Regional team. The role reports to the Regional Brand Controller and focuses on making sure marketing and communications spending is planned, measured, and connected to clear business outcomes.

The role acts as a bridge between Controlling, Marketing, and Communications, helping shape investment decisions, improve efficiency, and ensure that campaigns support traffic, reach, engagement, and return on advertising spend.

Key performance goals

Success in this role is measured through traffic growth, marketing and communication metrics such as impression/reach, EMV, and ROAS, along with budgeting and planning accuracy.

Core responsibilities

You will own budgeting and forecasting for omni-channel advertising investments, ensuring spend is allocated strategically across the marketing funnel to drive traffic to both physical stores and online channels.

You will define, monitor, and review campaign and collaboration KPIs, analyze trends, and turn findings into recommendations that strengthen future planning and improve performance.

You will work closely with regional and global stakeholders to optimize investments and serve as a strategic partner to the Regional Head of Marketing and Communications.

You will help design, roll out, and refine processes and tools that improve operational efficiency, including invoice tracking for accurate and timely cost booking, sample ordering workflows, and spend trackers.

You will also support the development and adoption of business intelligence tools and reporting solutions so that stakeholders can make informed, data-led decisions.

Skills and experience needed

The role calls for hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial control within a marketing or communications environment.

You should be comfortable analyzing commercial and advertising metrics such as traffic, conversion, average order value, and returns, then translating those insights into practical business actions.

Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to present complex financial and commercial information clearly and persuasively to a range of stakeholders.

A commercial, strategic mindset is important, with the ability to connect marketing activity to financial impact and align spend with long-term growth and profitability goals.

You should also bring strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across Marketing, Communications, and Controlling teams.

Working arrangement

This position is based in London and requires office presence three days per week.
