About the Role
An established and expanding company in the construction and interior design contracting industry is seeking an enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Specialist. This integral role focuses on uncovering new business prospects, cultivating client relationships, and aiding marketing efforts through digital platforms.
Compensation and Work Setup
- A salary ranging from €40,000 to €45,000 per year.
- Hybrid working: 2 to 3 days onsite at Ballsbridge, Dublin.

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to targeted contacts to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Conduct research on prospective clients, projects, and market sectors such as construction, logistics, pharmaceutical, transport, and data centres.
- Keep CRM systems updated and meticulously track sales activities.
- Support website maintenance including posting company news, project details, case studies, and other relevant content.
- Assist with Search Engine Optimization tasks to boost online visibility and brand recognition.
- Manage LinkedIn posts featuring projects, company news, and industry insights.
Desired Profile
- Prior sales experience is not mandatory; excellent communication skills, confidence, and eagerness to learn are key.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging potential clients.
- Interest in SEO, digital marketing, and enhancing online presence.
- Experience in managing website content or social media channels is beneficial.
