Loan Academy is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to join the Loan Processing team located in Dwarka Mor, Delhi. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers or candidates with up to six months of experience. The role involves backend processing and customer interaction through digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage backend operations related to processing loan application files.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer loan documentation.
- Update and upload loan application statuses on CRM and bank portals promptly.
- Handle customer communications via WhatsApp including query resolution, follow-ups, and coordination of required documents.
Qualifications and Skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and PDF tools.
- Strong communication abilities in both Hindi and English.
- Comfortable managing customer interactions through WhatsApp chats and making telephonic calls.
