Overview
We are urgently hiring for the position of Sales and Marketing Executive in the insurance sector. Candidates will be required to work in Agra, Uttar Pradesh and should have at least one year of experience in field sales across any industry. Graduates are preferred for this role.
Key Duties
- Recruit and build a strong team of insurance agents by identifying qualified candidates and onboarding them effectively.
- Provide consistent training and mentoring to new and existing agents, enhancing their product understanding and sales capabilities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at meeting and surpassing revenue targets.
- Track agent and team performance regularly, giving necessary feedback and support to boost results.
- Stay informed about market developments and competitor activities to discover new opportunities for business growth.
- Organize frequent training to improve agents' selling skills and product knowledge.
- Offer continuous assistance and advice to the team, helping solve problems and improve performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a graduate degree.
- Have a minimum of one year experience in field sales within any sector.
Compensation
This role offers a monthly salary in the range of INR 15,000 to INR 35,000.
