About the Role

Ideally positioned close to downtown Doha and key government, corporate offices, convention centers, malls, and golf clubs, our property offers an exclusive luxury setting for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by handling administrative duties such as preparing proposals, contracts, correspondence, and coordinating client bookings.
- Act as the primary contact for sales inquiries, ensuring prompt, courteous, and professional client interactions.
- Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, site inspections, and event bookings for corporate clients, groups, and individual guests.
- Contribute to the creation and distribution of sales materials, proposals, and promotional content aligned with the hotel brand.
- Help maintain and update the hotel’s website and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), ensuring engaging, brand-consistent, and optimized content.
- Support the planning and execution of innovative marketing campaigns both online and offline that resonate with the luxury brand and target audience.
- Track and monitor inquiries and bookings across all online and offline platforms.
Qualifications and Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales and marketing support or coordinator position, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients, guests, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Opera is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with a dedication to excellent service delivery.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset towards problem-solving and task management.
