Role Overview

The Sales and Marketing Assistant will be based in New York, NY, with a hybrid working model. This role involves supporting the business lending team by focusing on client retention, sales processes, and marketing activities to foster strong customer relationships and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact current clients to confirm their satisfaction and identify potential new opportunities.
• Support the sales team by maintaining the CRM system, tracking deals, and preparing reports.
• Assist with the onboarding procedures for incoming clients and partners.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, update content, and handle social media postings.
• Help develop marketing collateral, propose design concepts, and create engaging content, with attention to layout and detail considered advantageous.
