Sales and Marketing Assistant

Role Overview

Sugar Studios, a dynamic media production facility in Greenwich, London, is looking for a proactive and well-organized Part-time Sales & Marketing Assistant. This role involves supporting daily sales and marketing operations within a creative studio environment. The ideal candidate will manage client inquiries, maintain CRM data, coordinate studio bookings, and help implement marketing initiatives designed to increase visibility and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales administrative duties including calendar and inbox organization.
• Manage incoming client enquiries using HubSpot, record deals, update client profiles, and facilitate follow-up communications.
• Keep HubSpot data current by updating contact lists, deal statuses, and sales activities to aid in reporting and monthly review metrics.
• Respond to phone calls and general studio inquiries, escalating bookings, pricing, and commercial issues as needed.
• Maintain and update studio shoot schedules, accurately recording bookings and client information.
• Manage event platform listings and provide administrative support for in-house events and client activations.
• Coordinate client requests with operations personnel to ensure smooth changes to schedules and logistics.
• Research potential clients, industry contacts, and partnership possibilities, assisting in database upkeep.
• Create social media content and manage content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Follow up with clients to obtain shoot content and track content logs to ensure scheduled postings.
• Assist with uploading website content and blog posts, ensuring adherence to SEO best practices, and help monitor website performance.
• Support branding efforts by updating brand materials and decks, and research collaborative opportunities with organizations and universities.

Candidate Profile

• Personable, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable managing responsibilities in an energetic studio and hospitality setting.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize workload independently during varied workflow periods.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM preferred, along with Outlook, Slack, and social media platforms.
• Experience through study or internships in sales or marketing is beneficial.
• This position is freelance and not a PAYE employment.
