Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile
- Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or related Life Sciences field.
- Practical laboratory experience and a deep technical understanding within life sciences.
- Demonstrated background in sales, account management, or business development in biotech, life sciences, or CRO contexts preferred.
- Robust familiarity with biological research markets, including gene synthesis, proteins, peptides, antibodies, or cell line development services.
- Fluent in English and French with a minimum fluent level of C1 in French.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in international, multicultural, and cross-functional settings.
- Strong organizational skills coupled with experience managing pipelines and CRM tools.
- Preparedness to travel up to 30% as necessary.
