Role Description

As a Security Officer, you will ensure professional security services across a complex medical facility by conducting patrols and monitoring safety. Your duties include overseeing CCTV surveillance, responding promptly to alarms and emergencies, and assisting with fire and disaster response procedures to maintain a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate within the Security Control Room managing CCTV and communication systems.
• Respond effectively to security incidents, emergencies, alarms, and duress signals.
• Assist with fire alarm responses, emergency lockdowns, and disaster management procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Calm, professional, and resilient with strong judgement and emotional intelligence.
• Experienced in incident response, including de-escalation, negotiation, and physical restraint techniques.
• Familiar with or willing to learn relevant legislation and security policies.
• Proficient in operating CCTV, control room equipment, and access control systems.
