Job description
Job Title:
Safety Officer
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or any related engineering discipline.
- NEBOSH certification is required.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's occupational safety and health regulations is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor occupational health and safety procedures and policies at work sites.
- Conduct regular inspection rounds, report hazards, and ensure corrective actions are followed up.
- Ensure workers comply with personal protective equipment use and safety requirements.
- Assist in accident investigations and prepare safety reports.
- Participate in safety awareness and training programs.
- Prepare and update safety records and reports.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure safety compliance.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by the direct manager.
