Role overview

What the role involves
In this position, you will help the branch deliver smooth day-to-day rural products operations. The job combines sales support, customer service, inventory handling, and administrative tasks. You will also work closely with clients to provide product guidance, manage orders, and strengthen long-term relationships.
Key duties
- Support in-branch rural products sales and respond to customer questions.
- Handle quote preparation and sales administration tasks.
- Provide administrative assistance that helps the team build strong professional relationships.
- Manage customer orders and coordinate deliveries.
- Receive incoming stock and organise outbound dispatch.
- Develop and preserve positive relationships with clients.
- Assist with stock control activities, including stocktakes and the safe movement of rural products.
- Process sales transactions and prepare customer quotes.
