About the Role
Karam Exports is seeking a personable and motivated Showroom Sales Executive to join their Healing Stones showroom located at Valentine Cinema, Surat - Dumas Road, New Magdalla, Surat, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate will engage walk-in customers by guiding their selection of healing stones and crystals while providing detailed explanations of product features and benefits. This position also requires upkeep of the showroom environment to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in choosing appropriate healing stones and crystal products.
- Clearly communicate product information including features, advantages, and usage benefits.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure excellent service.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and focus on customer satisfaction.
- Organize and maintain product displays, ensuring the showroom remains neat and attractive.
- Support billing processes and keep accurate sales records as necessary.
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat visits and purchases.
- Foster a welcoming and positive shopping environment for all visitors.
Candidate Requirements
- Age between 18 to 50 years.
- Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum educational qualification: Completion of 12th grade.
- Basic proficiency in English language.
- Freshers may apply; no prior experience is required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to persuade customers effectively.
