Role Overview

This role requires a seasoned professional with substantial experience managing complex, enterprise-scale NAS platforms in mission-critical settings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and active, recent involvement in deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting Rubrik Enterprise Data Protection Suites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Rubrik CDM to RSC migrations, upgrade cluster versions, oversee cluster setup and lifecycle maintenance.
• Handle ransomware incidents and perform disaster recovery protocols for Rubrik Clusters.
• Monitor and adjust Rubrik capacity management to optimize resource utilization.
• Apply expertise in cyber resiliency and cybersecurity practices relevant to the domain.
• Develop and maintain API integrations facilitating enterprise system connections and automation.
• Engage with real-time REST and GraphQL API developments, managing data transfers from SaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, ServiceNow, and Splunk.
• Work actively within Agile teams and methodologies.
• Support protection for SAP HANA, Kubernetes, Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, vSphere VMs, and Active Directory environments.

Qualifications and Eligibility
