Role Overview

As a Room Attendant, you will be an essential part of the Housekeeping team, ensuring guest rooms are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards. Beyond cleaning duties, you will work cooperatively with team members and provide assistance to guests, enhancing their overall experience and leaving a lasting positive impression.

Key Responsibilities

• Meticulously clean all areas of guest rooms, including changing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, and wiping surfaces to ensure outstanding presentation
• Follow established housekeeping procedures to meet and uphold the company’s pristine standards
• Keep housekeeping carts well-stocked, orderly, and prepared for daily tasks
• Handle cleaning supplies carefully while complying with safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment
• Protect guest privacy and security consistently while performing duties
• Promptly communicate any maintenance concerns to maintain flawless room conditions

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in cleaning or as a room attendant is advantageous
• Warm and approachable communication style that makes guests and colleagues feel welcome and comfortable
• Strong attention to detail combined with good time management and efficiency in carrying out tasks
• Physical stamina to navigate between rooms, including using internal and external stairs and open walkways
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
