Role Summary

As a Cleaner within the Qantas First and Business Class Lounges, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional hospitality by ensuring immaculate lounge facilities and an inviting atmosphere. Representing our core values of 'Feel Valued' and 'Feel Welcome', you will be a vital member of the Shower Host team, focusing on cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the lounge, particularly in shower facilities.
• Provide courteous and efficient service aligned with the lounge's professional and friendly environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to uphold operational excellence and guest experience.

Essential Attributes and Requirements

• Ability to work on a 24/7 rotating schedule, including early starts from 3:30 AM.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Hold valid work rights for Australia and pass a Federal Police Clearance to work in the airport.
• Experience in a high-volume cleaning environment, with solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with strict security protocols and the ability to work under pressure while being physically active.
• A strong commitment to providing warm, personalized service with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Good team spirit and eagerness to contribute to a positive and fun workplace.
• Hold a probationary or full driver’s license.
• Full availability to comply with lounge opening hours from 3:30 AM to 1:00 AM.
