As a Room Attendant at Malmaison Brighton, you will be an essential member of the Housekeeping team responsible for maintaining guest bedrooms to impeccable standards daily. Attention to detail and commitment to creating an exceptional guest experience are crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities

You will ensure guest rooms are spotless and orderly, interacting courteously with guests while working independently for stretches of time. Your contribution is vital in upholding the high standards and smooth operation of the hotel.

Shift Details and Flexibility

The position mainly involves five shifts weekly, typically from 9am to 3pm, with flexible start times between 9am and 10am. Earlier shifts, weekend-only contracts, or other flexible arrangements may be discussed during the interview.

Requirements and Training

The role demands a good level of fitness due to its physical nature. Although prior experience is not mandatory, a positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to the hotel’s success are essential. Comprehensive training on cleaning chemicals and equipment will be provided.
