About the Role

Join Soho House as a Room Attendant where you play an essential part in upholding the cleanliness, appearance, and comfort of guest rooms and suites at Babington House. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a dedication to maintaining the club's high standards, thereby enhancing the experience for our members and guests. Primary Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and common areas to meet club quality standards.
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities consistently and ensure their proper presentation.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns promptly to maintain room functionality.
• Respect guest belongings, handling them with care and confidentiality.
• Maintain the tidiness and stock of cleaning carts, equipment, and storage spaces.
• Assist laundry operations including sorting, folding, and transferring items when necessary.
• Adhere strictly to safety and hygiene protocols including chemical use and personal protective equipment.
• Communicate effectively with the Housekeeping Supervisor regarding guest requests and room conditions.
• Support turndown services and respond to special requests as required.
• Keep hallways, stairwells, and service zones orderly and free of clutter.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably up to 2 years experience in housekeeping or similar roles within busy, high-profile environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently.
• Professional demeanor with a respectful and positive attitude.
• Basic English communication skills to understand and follow instructions.
