This role involves working independently across various locations and weather conditions, supported by a collaborative team.

Working Hours & Compensation

You will average a 40-hour week with flexible shift patterns designed to accommodate your personal and professional life. Shift timings and rest days vary based on your chosen pattern. Guaranteed earnings are £38,270 in the first year, with on-target earnings up to £60,000 for top performers. Your working day starts and ends at your driveway, with pay covering the entire time from getting in your van until you return home.

Key Responsibilities

• Start and complete your shifts directly from home, ensuring full-time compensation for your working hours.
• Operate independently in a variety of locations and circumstances while staying connected to a supportive team.
• Utilize your technical expertise and clear communication skills to deliver excellent customer service.
• Diagnose and resolve roadside issues promptly and professionally, applying your technical abilities and calm demeanor.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent certification coupled with relevant experience.
• A full Category B driving license with six or fewer penalty points is mandatory.
• Adaptability and confidence in using new technology, with tools supplied to support your work.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays, to cover unpredictable breakdown scenarios.
