- Resolve a wide range of roadside problems on-site by applying your mechanical skills and maintaining a calm demeanor.
Requirements
- Possession of NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications coupled with relevant experience.
- A full category B driving licence with no more than six penalty points is mandatory.
- Comfortable using and adapting to the provided new technologies, demonstrating curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays, acknowledging that vehicle breakdowns can be unpredictable.
Benefits
- Choose your preferred standby hours annually to align with your lifestyle and work-life balance.
- 23 days of annual leave, which increases with length of service, plus access to a holiday buying scheme.
- Participation in a Worksave pension plan with employer contributions up to 7%.
- Free AA breakdown membership starting from day one, with a 50% discount available for friends and family.
- Discounts on AA products, including car and home insurance.
- Employee discount programs providing access to a car salary sacrifice scheme and substantial savings on healthcare, shopping, holidays, and more.
- Company-sponsored life assurance coverage.
- Varied learning and development opportunities to facilitate career progression.
- Support through a dedicated Employee Assistance Program and 24/7 remote GP services available for you and your family.
