Role overview
Join the Enterprise Risk Management team as an executive focused on regulatory reporting for credit risk-weighted assets. This role centers on accurate and on-time submissions under MAS Notice 637, working across internal teams and Group stakeholders to support both monthly and quarterly reporting obligations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare MAS Notice 637 Pillar 1 submissions each month and Pillar 3 disclosures every quarter.
- Extract, analyze, and present reporting data with SQL and Microsoft Copilot.
- Upload regulatory schedules and related reports into the appropriate MAS reporting systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and Group contacts to collect source data and resolve reporting gaps or issues.
- Review fluctuations in reported figures and investigate any variances or mismatches.
- Contribute to system upgrades, user acceptance testing, and ongoing process refinements for MAS 637 reporting.
- Provide support for additional tasks and day-to-day operational needs within the ERM function.
Requirements
- Preferably up to 3 years of experience in risk, finance, regulatory reporting, or data analytics.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data extraction methods.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot and prompt engineering would be beneficial.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of financial accounting concepts.
- Exposure to MAS Notice 637 will be an added advantage.
