Risk Analyst Intern - Monee Credit (Aug to Dec 2026)

Role overview

Monee is looking for a Risk Analyst Intern to support credit and portfolio risk work for Monee Credit in Singapore. The internship runs from August to December 2026 and is based onsite.

What you will do

• Bring together information from different data sources and turn it into integrated views that support risk decisions.
• Build performance monitoring reports to track key indicators, spot higher-default portfolios, and help shape actions that reduce or control risk exposure.
• Contribute to credit policy improvements across areas such as loan origination, credit limits, loan tenure, and risk-based pricing.
• Partner with the business team on expansion into new markets by studying local user behavior and market data to improve lending portfolio performance and profitability.

What we are looking for

• A bachelor’s degree or above in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or a closely related field.
• Strong data analytics ability is essential.
• A proactive mindset and comfort working through uncertain or changing situations.
• Hands-on ability with SQL and Python.
• Good collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving setting.
• Preference for full-time interns who can commit for 3 to 6 months.
• Part-time interns are also welcome if they can commit at least 3 days per week.
