Role overview
The core objective of this position is to turn Salesforce into a dependable, scalable operational foundation for n8n’s go-to-market teams. The role focuses on improving automation, data quality, and key revenue workflows across Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
What you will do
- Take ownership of hands-on Salesforce setup and automation, including flows, validation rules, fields, layouts, and permissions, so GTM teams can work quickly and safely.
- Investigate and resolve issues from end to end, identify the underlying cause, and put in lasting fixes rather than temporary patches.
- Strengthen documentation and change management so important workflows remain understandable, maintainable, and auditable.
- Design and improve processes across lead routing, opportunity management, CPQ-adjacent workflows, approvals, and forecasting hygiene.
- Work with stakeholders to turn business needs into clear requirements and deliver practical solutions with appropriate safeguards.
- Ship fast improvements while gradually simplifying the system architecture and reducing complexity.
- Support Partner Operations and Customer Success Operations with scalable Salesforce workflows, including partner deal motions, lifecycle handoffs, and operational reporting.
- Manage structured intake and prioritization of Salesforce requests by setting expectations, explaining trade-offs, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Improve data quality and operational visibility through stronger schema design, governance, and reporting foundations.
Requirements
- Strong practical Salesforce experience, with direct ownership of configuration and automation work.
- A revenue systems perspective and a clear understanding of how CRM design affects pipeline execution, routing, opportunity hygiene, quoting/CPQ, and handoffs.
- Strong troubleshooting and systems-thinking ability to handle ambiguous problems, reason through edge cases, and design scalable solutions with clear trade-offs.
- Good stakeholder management skills, including converting messy requests into clear requirements, communicating timelines, and building trust with Sales, RevOps, Partner, and CS partners.
- Disciplined documentation habits and an approach that reduces dependence on a single person.
- Experience with partner operations or customer success operations is a plus.
- Exposure to integrations and related GTM tooling, including data sync patterns and common failure modes, is an advantage.
- Experience improving reporting foundations and data governance in a growing organization is a plus.
- Interest in AI-assisted systems building, automation, agentic workflows, CLI tooling, or similar approaches is a plus.
Why join
This role offers the chance to directly influence how GTM teams operate every day by building dependable systems, improving automation, and removing friction as the company scales. You will join a remote-first team that values autonomy, craftsmanship, and documentation, while working on high-impact improvements across Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success at one of Europe’s fastest-growing SaaS companies in the AI workflow space.
Benefits
- Competitive compensation and equity ownership.
- Time off benefits by region: 30 vacation days plus public holidays in Europe; 20 vacation days, 8 sick days, and public holidays in the US.
- Health and wellness coverage aligned with local country norms in Europe; in the US, multiple low-premium, low-deductible medical plans, a no-cost premium HDHP option with a pre-seeded HSA, plus dental and vision coverage.
- Future-planning support: pension contributions in Europe according to local norms; a US 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match.
- Financial protection: locally aligned benefits in Europe; in the US, company-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance plus life insurance.
- €1K per year for learning and development expenses such as courses, books, events, or coaching.

- Remote-first working model across Europe, with periodic off-sites for team connection.
- $100 per month to support open-source projects you care about.
- Unlimited AI budget to use tools that improve productivity and creativity.
