Role Overview
This position is for a highly technical educator and problem-solver who will serve as the technical backbone of the Scaled Enterprise Customer Success team, supporting the €20k–50k ARR segment. Rather than managing a standard 1:1 customer portfolio, the role acts as a technical unblocker for many enterprise customers at once. The focus is on one-to-many enablement, live office hours, advanced workflow examples, and targeted interventions when automation systems detect customers struggling with architecture or node setup.
What You Will Do
- Run technical enablement programs such as weekly office hours, monthly deep-dive webinars, and group onboarding demos covering common enterprise challenges including error handling, AI agents, self-hosting at scale, security, governance, and best practices.
- Handle the enterprise Slack channel by answering questions, triaging issues, escalating to Product when appropriate, and converting repeated questions into reusable content.
- Support customer implementation by joining activation calls when customers are blocked and helping them move forward without taking full ownership of the implementation process.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create scalable playbooks and reference material.
- Develop workflows, integration examples, security and governance guides, migration documentation, and AI agent patterns that help the segment scale.
- Turn recurring questions from live sessions into reusable technical assets.
- Create advanced templates, video walkthroughs, and technical documentation for use in automated Digital CS campaigns.
- Build internal automations for the CS team, such as health-score triggers, lifecycle alerts, and Slack-to-Vitally synchronisation.
- Improve retention by spotting technical risks such as weak architecture, missing error handling, scaling limitations, or fragile credentials, and stepping in before renewals are affected.
- Represent the voice of scaled technical users by sharing recurring friction points with Product and Engineering to improve the core experience.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of strong individual-contributor experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Technical Onboarding, or Developer Advocacy in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Practical experience with APIs, webhooks, JSON, JavaScript, and workflow automation.
- Strong presentation and communication ability, with the confidence to lead discussions for 50+ engineers, developers, or operations leaders.
- A builder-focused mindset with strong empathy and a habit of turning one-off fixes into reusable resources.
Nice to Have
- A technical degree such as Computer Science or Machine Learning.
- Hands-on experience with n8n.
