Overview

This graduate trainee opportunity at L'Oréal runs from 1 July 2026 to 12 July 2027 in Singapore. It is aimed at fresh graduates who are ambitious, adaptable, resilient, compassionate, and eager to learn through practical, purpose-driven work. The role offers exposure to real business challenges and the chance to contribute to brand, consumer, customer, supplier, and partner impact within an entrepreneurial environment.

Each year, the programme brings together more than 100 young talents to begin their careers with the company.

What you will do

  • Review competitor and internal datasets using the company’s tools to assess pricing, promotions, market movement, sales outcomes, price sensitivity, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Support the creation of pricing and promotional guidelines by evaluating cost, margin, and competitor activity to identify the most effective promotional levels.
  • Keep track of market shifts and internal performance, then help refine and adapt strategies so targets can be met and competitiveness maintained.
  • Share market updates, deliver training support, and provide tailored recommendations and best-practice guidance to help countries make informed, data-led decisions.

What you need

  • Confidence working with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Selection process
