Overview
This role is a strategic leadership opportunity for a Revenue Analytics and Insights Manager based in Canada. The position entails transforming customer and revenue data into actionable business insights to support growth and retention initiatives. The manager will lead analytics capabilities focused on customer lifecycle visibility, operational performance, and go-to-market decisions, working collaboratively across Revenue Operations, Customer Experience, and commercial strategy functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance customer health scorecards identifying key indicators across onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion, and support stages.
- Create analytics frameworks that empower customer-facing teams to make swift, data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define and maintain consistent customer experience metrics and reporting standards.
- Build predictive models for churn and detect customer risk signals prior to renewals.
- Analyze customer behavior, product usage, and account health to identify expansion opportunities.
- Convert customer feedback and Voice of Customer data into actionable suggestions for product and experience enhancements.
- Generate reports on onboarding performance, time-to-value, support effectiveness, customer success coverage, and expansion metrics.
- Act as a strategic analytics consultant partnering with Customer Success, Account Management, Support, Sales, Product, and Finance teams.
- Explore opportunities for operational efficiencies through AI tools, automation, machine learning, and advanced analytics workflows.
- Maintain frameworks for ideal customer profiles (ICP) using customer, revenue, and market data.
- Lead structured win/loss analyses and communicate insights to leadership.
- Conduct cohort analysis, segmentation, and assist in capacity planning for strategic guidance.
- Contribute to standardizing business metrics and reporting frameworks.
- Manage and mentor analytics team members promoting growth and performance.
- Stay abreast of AI and analytics trends and recommend innovative tools and practices to enhance business outcomes.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- More than 5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, revenue, or customer analytics preferably within B2B SaaS or healthcare technology sectors.
- Proven track record in developing customer health models, churn prediction frameworks, retention analytics, or post-sale analytic programs.
- Experience enhancing retention, forecast accuracy, customer value, or customer experience through analytics.
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation applied in analytics or business contexts.
- Expertise with CRM platforms like Salesforce and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or equivalents.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills, able to convert complex queries into actionable analytics.
- Excellent communication capabilities for presenting data-driven insights to senior leadership.
- Strategic and proactive approach focusing on tangible business impacts.
- Systems thinking with the ability to integrate data across various platforms and business processes.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience supervising and developing members of analytical teams.
- Preferred exposure to Revenue Operations, go-to-market analytics, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Experience roles.
- Bonus familiarity with customer success platforms such as Gainsight, ChurnZero, or Totango.
- Additional plus for knowledge in cohort modeling, lifetime value analysis, capacity planning, healthcare technology, or AI-assisted analytics tools.
- Advantageous to have experience with LLM APIs or AI analytics solutions.
