Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by prioritizing customer needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Assist the Store Manager with everyday store operations leveraging your retail experience.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store functioning.
  • Maintain strict attention to detail for safety standards and accuracy in store tasks.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by being available to work weekends and overnight shifts as required.
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions and perform accurate cash reconciliation to close shifts securely.
  • Manage merchandising, stock control, and inventory tasks to keep the store in optimal condition.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Competency in operating POS systems and conducting cash handling with precision.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work across a seven-day roster including overnight and weekend shifts.
