Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience tailored to individual needs.
• Craft food and beverage items accurately following prescribed recipes and accommodate custom requests such as ingredient substitutions or adjustments in quantity and temperature.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly and adhere to store safety protocols.
• Perform various tasks throughout your shift, supporting the team's dynamic needs.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• No previous experience needed; on-the-job training provided.
• Consistent punctuality and dependable attendance with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues effectively.
• Ability to quickly learn new tasks and follow both oral and written instructions clearly.
• Team player mindset and the ability to build strong relationships.
