Role Summary

As a Retail Team Member, you will help build a strong performance culture and contribute to an excellent in-store experience. The role involves working across different parts of the store, supporting customers before, during and after their purchase, presenting products well on the sales floor, and assisting with stock handling and receiving procedures.

Key Duties

• Assist in several store areas, including customer-facing zones and back-of-house operations.
• Maintain a high standard of service throughout the full customer journey, from pre-sale support through to after-sales care.
• Help deliver an appealing store presentation by supporting product merchandising on the sales floor.
• Receive, process and move stock efficiently while following store receiving procedures.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has genuine interest in home entertainment, music, films, technology, appliances and/or gaming. You should be energetic, driven and enthusiastic, with a strong focus on customers and outcomes. Clear communication with a wide range of people is also important.
