Role Overview
For the IT Service Desk position, the team is looking for motivated professionals who enjoy supporting users, solving technical issues, and working in a service-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Record incoming customer requests accurately in the ticketing system, categorize and document them properly, and route them to the relevant support teams.
- Handle and resolve issues independently at first-level support.
- Communicate actively with customers, create knowledge-base or wiki articles, and maintain master data.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a user help desk or IT support role is preferred; motivated career starters, career changers, and candidates with disabilities may also be considered if they are a good personal and professional fit.
- Strong interest in IT, a customer-focused mindset, and solid communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and remain resilient under pressure.
- High standards for quality and dependable work practices.
- Very good German language skills and good written and spoken English.
- Good working knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications.
