Role Overview

As a Retail Team Member, you will help deliver an excellent in-store experience and support a high-performance store culture. The role involves working across customer-facing areas and back-of-house functions to keep the store running smoothly.

Key Duties

• Assist in different parts of the store, including both customer service areas and back-of-house operations.
• Provide strong customer support before, during, and after the sale.
• Help present products on the sales floor and contribute to the overall store look and feel.
• Support stock receipt, movement, and processing by following store receiving procedures.
