Role Overview

This position involves supporting the store leadership by undertaking designated operational tasks. As a role model, you will guide employees in adopting effective selling techniques and ensuring tasks are executed efficiently. Your focus will be on leading procedures, completing assignments, and sustaining productivity to achieve store objectives. Working closely with leadership, you will mentor your team to foster outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Treat all customers and colleagues respectfully, contributing positively to the workplace atmosphere.
• Encourage customer loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Become a selling behavior expert, demonstrating these skills consistently to enhance customer interactions.
• Assist sales leadership during less busy periods, prioritizing customer engagement.
• Collaborate effectively with the store leadership and employees to complete work promptly and efficiently.
• Develop and share knowledge regarding product life cycles.
• Support pre-opening or post-closing store activities, including checklist completion.
• Utilize omni-channel solutions to facilitate seamless customer experiences.
• Adhere to all compliance standards and policies.
