• 38-hour workweek with pay based strictly on actual hours worked, ensuring fair compensation without fixed salary constraints.
• Overtime pay applies if hours exceed the standard workweek, though this is rare.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and train a team of up to 20 staff members.
• Uphold Ghanda's values and promote a positive team culture.
• Maintain excellent store presentation aligning with brand and merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with Stock Allocators and independently manage stock levels to optimize sales floor efficiency.
• Develop and oversee store rosters, sales reporting, and ensure team compliance with company policies.

Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership track record, leading by example and empowering teams while reflecting company values.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong grasp of retail fundamentals and professionalism.
• Previous experience in retail or hospitality roles is an advantage but not mandatory; attitude is highly valued.
