Key Responsibilities
- Comprehend customer needs to provide tailored demonstrations of audio and video home theater products.
- Successfully close sales by addressing client inquiries and emphasizing product advantages.
- Handle installation requests efficiently, including coordinating site visits and aligning the installation team accordingly.
- Maintain frequent communication with customers, manage service requests, and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Keep the company database updated with relevant customer information and sales activities.
- Prepare and share quotations with prospective clients based on designed solutions.
- Create customized system designs incorporating speakers, amplifiers, cables, connectors, projectors, and screens.
- Exhibit extensive technical expertise regarding available product lines, pricing structures, and equipment calibration.
