About the Role
Craftx Gift Store in Ludhiana is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive (male) to enhance our sales team. The position involves greeting customers, assisting in product selection, and ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome customers and help them choose suitable products.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals.
- Keep the store well-maintained and product displays appealing.
- Manage billing efficiently and address customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Support stock control and conduct regular inventory assessments.
- Provide an outstanding shopping experience to every visitor.
Candidate Requirements
- Position is open to male candidates only.
- Prior retail sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Good communication and customer service abilities are necessary.
- Must be honest, punctual, and responsible.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler (bike or scooter) with a valid driving license is required.
- Residency within 5 to 10 kilometers from Hotel Golden Hut in Ludhiana is mandatory.
- Local references will be considered favorably.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
