Part-Time Weekend Showroom Assistant - Oxfordshire

Overview

We are seeking a part-time Weekend Showroom Assistant for a prestigious new homes development in Oxfordshire, located in Hook Norton. This position involves managing the sales suite during weekends, approximately once or twice per month, conducting guided tours of the show home, engaging with potential buyers, and assisting in converting interest into confirmed reservations.

Key Responsibilities

• Confidently conduct independent tours of the showroom over weekends.
• Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and promote the homes.
• Support the sales process by converting leads into reservations effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in sales, preferably with property industry knowledge or background.
• Ability to work independently on site during assigned periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for excellent customer engagement.
• Residency or easy access to the Hook Norton, Banbury, or North Oxfordshire areas.
