About the Role

Craftx Gift Store in Ludhiana is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive (male) to enhance our sales team. The position involves greeting customers, assisting in product selection, and ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers and help them choose suitable products.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals.
• Keep the store well-maintained and product displays appealing.
• Manage billing efficiently and address customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Support stock control and conduct regular inventory assessments.
• Provide an outstanding shopping experience to every visitor.

Candidate Requirements

• Position is open to male candidates only.
• Prior retail sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Good communication and customer service abilities are necessary.
• Must be honest, punctual, and responsible.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler (bike or scooter) with a valid driving license is required.
• Residency within 5 to 10 kilometers from Hotel Golden Hut in Ludhiana is mandatory.
• Local references will be considered favorably.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
