Role Overview

We seek a dynamic individual to oversee one of our retail jewellery outlets with provided training. This role involves managing customer relationships in-store and driving sales via social media platforms. Responsibilities include store operations, customer assistance, content creation, and engagement through social media to boost online sales and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding suitable products.
• Engage with customer inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
• Follow up with prospective customers and nurture ongoing relationships.
• Create, shoot, edit, and upload visual content for social media promotions.
• Coordinate order details and communicate product information to customers.
• Maintain the showroom's presentation and support daily retail operations.
