Job Responsibilities
- Provide academic guidance and career counseling to students concerning courses and academic paths.
- Respond to student inquiries through telephone, email, chats, and WhatsApp, with the objective of converting leads into enrollments.
- Maintain and update records of leads and follow-up actions systematically.
- Lead the sales team effectively and contribute to strategies aimed at increasing revenue.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and counseling abilities.
- Preferably holds experience in sales or lead conversion roles.
- Customer-oriented with a target-driven mindset and excellent follow-up skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a team.
