Retail Risk and Credit Operations Specialist - Rajasthan

Overview

This role focuses on performing risk and credit-related operations for standard transactions within the various business segments of Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited (ABHFL). The position requires collaborative interaction with senior team members and the ABFL Risk team to ensure thorough evaluation and adherence to company policies.

Key Duties

• Conduct risk and credit operations for designated routine transactions in compliance with established frameworks and guidelines across ABHFL business lines.
• Proactively consult senior colleagues to gain expertise on technical facets and region-specific details related to state and property for accurate risk evaluation.
• Engage with the ABFL Risk team for clarification on legal and technical assessments when necessary.
• Carry out risk procedures efficiently balancing business performance objectives with risk management requirements.
• Collaborate with Credit Processing Analysts to confirm that all case documentation is correctly logged prior to initiating credit operations.
• Coordinate through structured processes with Sales and Operations teams to support informed decision making and resolve issues aligned with both business goals and risk policies; escalate unresolved matters to the Risk Control Manager as appropriate.
