Job Overview

The Restaurant Manager position involves supervising all daily restaurant activities to ensure seamless operations while upholding superior standards in customer service, food quality, and operational effectiveness. This role demands strong leadership to manage staff, oversee budgets, comply with health and safety rules, and foster an enjoyable dining atmosphere. Additionally, the manager drives profitability, handles inventory control, and supports the team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee outlet operations with strict adherence to health, safety, food handling, and hygiene regulations.
• Motivate and support team members, promoting clear and open communication between staff and management.
• Organize and manage staff rosters and shift allocations efficiently.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving complaints swiftly and effectively.
• Maintain and monitor stock levels to guarantee adequate inventory availability.
• Compile and submit daily sales reports accurately.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum two years’ experience in the Food & Beverage sector.
• Demonstrated strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledgeable in food safety standards and restaurant operational guidelines.
• Must be a Singaporean citizen.
• Available to commence employment immediately is preferred.
