Job Overview

We are looking for a licensed home inspector to evaluate the safety and condition of residential properties. The role involves conducting thorough building assessments, documenting any defects, and delivering comprehensive inspection reports to clients. Compensation

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 annually.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of residential homes, evaluating necessary repairs.
• Prepare detailed reports post-inspection, incorporating photographs and precise descriptions of any identified damages.
• Take meticulous notes on each home system to ensure both buyers and sellers understand potential issues.
• Provide estimated repair costs with multiple options for addressing needed fixes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring they stay well-informed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel by car as required.
• Proficient in fundamental computer skills, including email communication.
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as walking on roofs, climbing into attics, and navigating crawl spaces.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities combined with excellent customer service skills.
• Skilled in multitasking and capable of strong organizational management.
