Work Environment and Schedule

Responsibilities and Training

• Deliver quality residential cleaning services using eco-friendly, all-natural cleaning products free from harsh chemicals and bleaches.
• Participate in a comprehensive one-week, one-on-one training program with an experienced mentor to master the company's effective cleaning techniques.
• Continue to receive mentorship support to enhance cleaning quality and efficiency after training.

Requirements

• No previous cleaning experience necessary; the company values high character and a commitment to quality work over existing skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain auto insurance.
• Reliable personal vehicle capable of transporting cleaning supplies (vehicle must be yours, not borrowed or a moped).
