About the Role

Join Clean Affinity, a respected family-owned cleaning business in the Portland metro area, as a Residential Cleaner. This position offers competitive compensation of up to $25 per hour plus excellent tips, with weekly pay. We operate Monday through Friday, from 8am to 6pm, ensuring your weekends are free.

Work Environment and Approach

At Clean Affinity, we prioritize eco-friendly cleaning by using all-natural, non-irritating products instead of chemicals or bleaches. You will primarily work independently, allowing you to focus fully on your tasks, often with your earbuds in if you choose.

Training and Support

We provide all necessary supplies and comprehensive training, starting with seven days of one-on-one mentorship by an experienced staff member to master our proven cleaning methods. Post-training, mentors will continue to assist your growth in quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• No prior cleaning experience is necessary; we value high character and dedication over experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance are mandatory.
• Access to a reliable vehicle capable of transporting cleaning supplies (personal vehicle required, not a moped or shared car).
